Shipping and Returns
We deliver to four zones around the world:
- Zone 1: Republic of Ireland, U.K., including Northern Ireland
- Zone 2: Continental Europe and Turkey
- Zone 3: U.S., Asia, and the Middle East
- Zone 4: Latin America, Australia, New Zealand, Africa, and the rest of the world.
Shipping is free for purchases over €120 for standard delivery (six business days for Europe and ten business days for other destinations). All requests for express delivery (three business days) will incur an additional fee.
Shipments will be confirmed by e-mail including a tracking number which will allow you to track your delivery.
Your order may arrive in multiple deliveries, depending upon availability of stock.
We will use the best shipper who serves your destination.
If you are away on the day of delivery, you will find a notice from the shipper and a telephone number to call to retrieve or reschedule your delivery.
Residents of Sicily, Sardinia, Corsica, Cyprus, the Greek islands, Malta, the islands of northern Scotland (including the Shetlands and Orknies), Northern Ireland, the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands and other islands not listed here must add two additional days for delivery.
If you wish to choose a particular day for delivery, that could delay the shipment.
You can elect to receive your shipment at home or at a pick-up location near you.
Quick and Simple Returns
Returns are free if made within 48 hours of receipt and to a location that we will specify.
Your payment will be credited within two days of our receipt of your package, and we will send you a confirmation message.
